Tim saved the day for us. In the middle of a shower, I lost all water pressure. Tim was very responsive when we called and came over within an hour or so to get us back up and running. Very professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and one of the nicest guys we've had here to do work. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to a friend.

Tim serviced and replaced our well tank. He was very responsive and came to our house the next day! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was very efficient and had us up and running in less than two hours. We will be contacting him again for future services. We would recommend him to anyone.

Tim, was great! He responded immediately to my needs, he was there on time to install the UV system in my house so that my water quality was potable. He is very knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend Tim for your water needs.

In the need of a total replacement of an old lake water system, Tim provided all the equipment and expertise to accomplish the task in little time. In the process, Tim took the time to explain what he was doing and provided us with all the different options available in insuring we would end up with an efficient and reliable system that was also easy to maintain and disconnect for the winter season. I would not hesitate to call on Tim for any future needs. It was a pleasure working with him.

I don't even know where to start! Our well pump decided to give up on us on a Sunday morning, Tim was here Sunday afternoon to diagnose the problem, our well pump gave him a problem and wouldn't come out. Before 9 am, Monday morning, Tim was calling me and letting me know he was on his way, got our water working better than it ever has here... 100% would recommend again and again. Perfectly reasonable prices, and the job was done faster than we expected. Will definitely call again if ever needed. Thank you again!

I contacted CNY Pumps because I was getting intermittent pressure changes at the taps in my house to the point where showering and doing dishes was becoming a problem. My well system has never been serviced by me so I was ready to overhaul the whole thing. Tim was amazing! He gave me all my options but as I said I wanted to do a total overhaul... Peace of mind, right? In all he did all of this in about 5 hours, and the cost was really reasonable... I now have great, consistent pressure at all my taps. Showering feels like a luxury hotel since I'm so used to weak and fluctuating pressure. And of course should I ever sell this place, the updated well system will of course be a selling point. So if you need service performed on your well, contact Tim at CNY Pumps!

Tim is terrific! I called him with a problem and based on my description of the symptoms, he gave me a solid estimate on the phone. He was here within the hour and 2 hours later we had a new pump and pressure tank installed at the price he estimated on the phone. I can't recommend him strongly enough. Thanks Tim!
